XP Pro Netbeans 6.5 Project Files

I can successfully build 1.9.1 using the MinGw tool chain see http://www.holymonkey.com/building-shoes-in-win… but I am having difficulty setting up a project file under net beans (which I currently use for debugging ruby and C).

Can anyone help?
