How to add a Gem?

My gem (http://geokit.rubyforge.org/) isn’t in the database. I just added it Rubyforge relatively recently, so it probably wasn’t included in the initial import.

What’s the best way to add Geokit to isitruby19? (BTW it is 1.9.1 compatible!)
