Hi there, Brightboxers. What version of beast are you guys are running this forum on? Our site has a forum using the Altered Beast (for Rails 2) from github, but we’re having a few problems with it as it is still very much in development. Just wondered if you have an svn/github repository from which people can download whatever stable version of code this forum is running on? Or, is it just the latest stable version of Beast 1.0 ? Yours hopefully, |

Hey Ric, Actually yeah, we’re running on Altered Beast. I quickly breezed over a few bits to make it more stable but only as bugs cropped up, so I’ve also felt that pain :) I’ve just crudely patched up a few show stoppers and tried to keep rebasing as the development effort for altered beast continues. |

OK, thanks. That’s the same state that we’re in. At least now I know there’s not some ‘magic bullet’ that we’re missing out on. :-) |
