SMTP Relay

Hi – tried following http://wiki.brightbox.co.uk/docs:smtprelay for setting up ActionMailer. As far as I can tell, emails are being sent, but never received. Can anyone suggest a good place to start debugging? What log files should I be looking at and where might they be?

Have you checked /var/log/mail.log for starters?

I have now – there isn’t much activity there and nothing happens when I send an email from my app.

Hi Brett,

open a support ticket with us with some details of a missing message and we’ll track it down in our relay logs and see where the problem might be.
